ARTICLE 6 OF 10:

NON-ALIENATION OF LAND

1. Land allocated under our law cannot be sold, exchanged, or transferred for value.
2. If a settler abandons the land or relocates:
   • the land reverts to the original authority (Headman ).
3. The land remains within the communal system at all times.
