Return & Refund Policy for Xitsonga.org

At Xitsonga.org, we strive to offer quality content, services, and products that celebrate and promote the Xitsonga language and culture. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making any purchases.
1. Digital Products and Subscriptions
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable products, memberships, or subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Digital name packs
- Language tools or e-books
- Paid subscriptions or memberships
- Downloadable content
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file not downloading, error accessing content), please contact us and we’ll assist promptly.
2. Physical Merchandise (if applicable)
If Xitsonga.org sells physical merchandise (e.g., books, T-shirts, posters):
Returns:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchases made by the customer
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
4. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. However:
- Cancellations will stop the next billing cycle.
- We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for the remainder of the active subscription period.
