ARTICLE 2 OF 10:
RIGHT TO LAND THROUGH SUBMISSION
- Any person who makes submission to the Chief acquires the right to land.
- Submission signifies:
- acceptance of authority,
- integration into the community,
- participation in its social and economic life.
- Upon submission, a person is entitled to sufficient land for subsistence, without payment.
